Vinay Manne, CTO, has more than 19 years of IT experience and 14 years of Program/Project Management for Federal IT contracts, engineering and technology operations, and systems implementation. Mr. Manne started his career as a Software Engineer, developing systems for start-ups in Silicon Valley and Manhattan. He then moved to Virginia and worked as the Technical Lead/Project Manager for over 6 years on US Coast Guard (USCG) IT contracts, implementing the first mobile/offline version of a finance and procurement system for USCG cutter fleet. During this period, he also managed the O&M contracts for USCG’s Enterprise Financial and Core Accounting Systems and GSA’s Federal Procurement Data System –Next Generation (FPDS-NG), resulting in cost savings and improved service quality.
After joining AceInfo as a Program Manager, Mr. Manne, managed multiple IT contracts with Department of Commerce, Environment Protection Agency, General Services Administration, and US Department of Agriculture. He currently manages a portfolio of projects with National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and actively works with on capture and proposal development for re-competes and new business. Mr. Manne also leads AceInfo’s Center of Excellence operations for Agile/DevOps & Emerging Technologies and builds high performance teams to innovate and drive efficiency and organic growth across customer programs and new business.
Mr. Manne has a Masters in Information Technology from Australia and a BS in Engineering from India. He is PMP and ITIL certified and holds Certified Scrum Master/Professional and AWS Certified Solutions Architect certifications. He is a member of the University of South Florida Advisory board on Cyber Security for Executives. He lives in Chantilly, Virginia with his family and enjoys his free time in mentoring startups and young talent.
