Vinay Manne, Director, has more than 18 years of IT experience and 10 years of Program/Project Management for Federal IT contracts, engineering and technology operations, and systems implementation. Mr. Manne started his career as a Software Engineer, developing systems for start-ups in Silicon Valley and Manhattan. He then moved to Virginia and worked as the Technical Lead/Project Manager for over 6 years on US Coast Guard (USCG) IT contracts, implementing the first mobile/offline version of a finance and procurement system for USCG cutter fleet. During this period, he also managed the O&M contracts for USCG’s Enterprise Financial and Core Accounting Systems and GSA’s Federal Procurement Data System –Next Generation (FPDS-NG), resulting in cost savings and improved service quality.

After joining AceInfo as a Program Manager, Mr. Manne, managed multiple IT contracts with Department of Commerce, Environment Protection Agency, General Services Administration, and US Department of Agriculture. He currently manages a portfolio of projects with National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and actively works with on capture and proposal development for re-competes and new business. Mr. Manne also leads AceInfo’s Center of Excellence operations for Agile/DevOps & Emerging Technologies and builds high performance teams to innovate and drive efficiency and organic growth across customer programs and new business.

Mr. Manne has a Masters in Information Technology from Griffith University in Australia and a BS in Engineering from University College of Engineering, Osmania University, India. He is PMP and ITIL certified and holds Certified Scrum Master and AWS Certified Solutions Architect- Associate certifications. He lives in Chantilly, Virginia with his family and spends his free time continuously learning, spirituality, and sports.
