One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) is an acquisition vehicle that meets the needs of customers with complex, integrated professional services. OASIS is a family of seven separate Government-wide Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contracts (i.e., Pools) that span 28 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes. The scope of OASIS includes program management, consulting, logistics, professional engineering services, financial services and support IT components. The OASIS Unrestricted vehicle provides a common architecture and platform across the Federal Government for the acquisition of complex professional service requirements. These requirements typically necessitate the integration of several professional service disciplines including: management consulting, program management, logistics, engineering, scientific, and financial management. The scope also allows ancillary services and costs necessary to complete a total solution through a professional service objective.
Examples of complex, integrated professional services requirements OASIS can address include requirements which: span many areas of expertise and missions; encompass multiple disciplines; contain significant IT components (though not primarily an IT requirement); include Other Direct Costs (ODCs); need to be performed on a cost reimbursement basis
OASIS covers services that are: commercial and non-commercial; classified and non-classified; and CONUS and OCONUS.
