The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Information Technology Services (ITS) – Total Information Processing Support Services 4 (TIPSS-4) is a multiple award contract, which provides support services for the Department of Treasury, Treasury Bureaus, the IRS, and other DOD Federal Agencies. Ace Info Solutions and CSC, Inc. (The AceInfo Team) was awarded the 10 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Management/Business Operations Support Services (MBOSS) and Cyber Security under Contract TIRNO-09-R-00013. This contract includes a continuation of the broad range of IT related services as with the TIPSS-3 contract, including Information System Services (ISS), Cybersecurity (CS), and Strategic Business Services (SBS).
The AceInfo Team provides a fully proficient team to supply the IRS and Federal Agencies with sufficient support and helpful resources to ensure the all tasks are performed successfully.
The AceInfo Team will support TIPPS-4 objectives in the following ways:
- Management and supervision, administrative support, staffing, planning, scheduling, procuring, assembling, and tracking support as requested by the IRS.
- Efficient and economical performance and reporting for all items and services required by the contract and/or task order.
- Applies processes in accordance to CMMI Level 3, ISO, and PMI practices while managing the budget and schedule of the corporation.
- Conducts structured walk-throughs and reviews to detect defects and improvements at any process stage.
