AceInfo Team Wins ‘Team of the Quarter’ Award at the United States Coast Guard

AceInfo’s Operation Systems Center (OSC) Detachment Chesapeake Team has won USCG Team of the Quarter award for exceeding customer expectations by improving business processes, enhancing systems, and developing solutions that increase capabilities with the Core Accounting System (CAS) suite. The Team of the Quarter award was issued for excellent work performed from October 1 to December 31, 2013. The AceInfo Team successfully completed the final component of the System Support Agent (SSA) by seamlessly combining four contracts into one, providing increased synergy and enhanced customer support, in addition to saving the customer $1.2 million.

The customer commended the great teamwork shown by the AceInfo Team in a Town meeting announcement in January, 2014 stating; “In true team fashion, you came together and utilized all available resources to ensure that the financial accounting of the Coast Guard’s $18 billon dollar budget, including 80 million transactions, was executed successfully. Bravo for a job well done!”
