AceInfo Earns CMMI Level 3 Appraisal for Services
Reston, Virginia, August 25 2020 – Ace Info Solutions, LLC (AceInfo), a Dovel company, announced today that it has been appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration CMMI® for Services. The appraisal was performed by ProcessWorks, Inc.
CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides AceInfo with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve our performance. CMMI for Services indicates that AceInfo has a strong service delivery strategy, which allows the Company to react quickly to incidents and improve customer satisfaction. An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates AceInfo is performing at a ‘defined’ level where processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods.

AceInfo was also appraised at CMMI for Development at Level 3 in May 2020, which shows that AceInfo has incorporated software engineering best practices leading to a culture for maintaining quality. These appraisals support AceInfo’s centralized Quality Management System (QMS) for implementation in projects to ensure uniformity in the documentation. This reduces learning cycles for new resources as well as better management of project status and health.
