AceInfo Awards a $1000 Scholarship to Bowie State University student Nathan Nti

AceInfo and Bowie State University have developed a collaborative partnership over several years. The AceInfo HQ recruitment team of Gwen Holland, Jeff Fleming, Jaya Sapre and Michael Shepelak partnered with Ron Parker, Program Manager and Bowie State University Dean of Computer Science George Acquaah and Mary Rodriguez for a successful intern and college scholarship program. Several BSU students are current AceInfo interns at Census.

A $1000 scholarship program for a Bowie State University computer science students was started in spring 2018. Six computer science students applied for the scholarship and rising senior computer science student Nathan Nti was selected by the AceInfo HR selection committee.

Nathan NTI received a $1000 scholarship from AceInfo at the award ceremony on Monday, May 21 at the university. Ron Parker presented the scholarship to Nathan with Jaya Sapre, Jeff Fleming and the Bowie State University Computer Science dept. Dean George Acquaah and his staff present. Nathan has a 3.8 GPA and participates in many extracurricular activities while pursuing his career goal of software engineering. He is currently an intern at the Dept. of Defense.

The Dean and his staff were pleased to have Ron Parker and the AceInfo recruiting team attend the May 21 ceremony. They thanked AceInfo for their generous donation and support. Special thanks to Jay and Nar for their continued support of the Bowie State University Computer Science program.

BSU has invited the AceInfo leadership team to talk to their students about entrepreneurship in the near future. We look forward to our continued support to BSU in the future.
