Nortel Government Solutions (NGS)

NGS offers the agility of a medium-sized company with the depth, reach, and the technology of a large global corporation. NGS, an ISO and CMMI Level 3 certified company with project assessed at Level 5, brings strong in-depth knowledge, experience and past performance to address the stringent and unique requirements of the DoD. Capabilities include Program Management, Network Interoperability, Enterprise Design and Integration, Information Assurance and Security, Satellite Communications, Operations and Maintenance Services, and COTS Integration. Nortel is a prime contractor on SeaPort-e and brings past experience in multiple zones and with the ordering offices.

Bart and Associates, Inc. (B&A), is an Enterprise Level Software Integrator with more than 20 years experience serving the Federal Government. Headquartered in McLean, Virginia, B&A is a $115 Million a year company of approximately 600 consultants, composed of IT Specialists, Software Developers, and Business/Functional Analysts. Appraised at CMMI Level 3, B&A utilizes PMI/EVMS-driven program management to ensure project and program success. B&A is a prime contractor on SeaPort-e and brings past experience in multiple zones and with the ordering offices.
