Sr. Java Developer/Team Lead - Kansas City, MO
The successful Java Team Lead candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in Java/J2EE applications and at least 3 years experience as a technical team lead. The person must be able to manage a team and contribute technically to the project, as well as experience with organizing task and reporting progress. The following experience is also required: 3 years with MS SQL Server 2000, Junit/HttpUnit/DBUnit, UML, Struts, Tiles, Spring Framework, Design patterns, majority of work experience in Java/J2EE and Agile/SCRUMM development methodology. Senior Program Manager with 12+ years experience with program and project management.
