OBIEE Developer - Remote
Senior developer needed to work on a federal government project. Candidate should have 8+ years of IT experience and 6+ years in data warehousing and business intelligence. Specific experience include 3+ years on development using OBIEE. Experience leading a small team and excellent communication skills are required. Experience with Oracle, Informatica and Oracle Application Express is a plus.

Quality Assurance Manager - Reston, VA
Duties will include-Assist multiple projects with implementation and tailoring of our standard delivery methodology / processes. Identify and implement improvement opportunities at the project, program, and corporate level; Participate in reviews, audits, and control boards as required; Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with established processes; Track non-conformance and non-compliance items to closure; Serve as program liaison to customer for all QA activities and results; Review key deliverables to verify conformance with standards before submission to the client Prepare and deliver process training to improve quality and efficiency; Implement and maintain the processes required for CMMI Level 3 or higher and ISO 9001:2001; Identify project processes that can be standardized and used across the organization; Implement new standard processes and procedures defined by the corporate quality program; Assist in the preparation of CMMI appraisals; Assist in writing QA portions for proposals; Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Strong analytical skills; Ability to work with staff at all levels; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Knowledge of best practices related to all areas of the project lifecycle; Ability to leverage experience and judgment to plan and accomplish quality reviews; Experience implementing a CMMI environment and ISO; Participation in quality/process improvement projects.
