Senior Program Manager - Montgomery, AL or Reston, VA
Senior Program Manager to manage large Air Force IDIQ contract (NETCENTS-2).
Job functions:
· Manage large IDIQ contracts over global geographic areas
· Develop and write technical statements of work, and proposals
· Develop and monitor program objectives, budgets, schedules and performance
· Develop new business or expanding existing programs through IDIQ contract
· Manage technical professionals varying in size from 10 to 50+, including engineers and technical support staff across wide range of technical projects
Job requirements:
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a Computer Science, Engineering or Business major.
· PMP certification
· DoD Secret clearance
· Experience with Air Force working on software development and maintenance projects on critical systems engineering activities such as system architecture design and development, security certification and design, integration and testing.

Project Coordinator/Manager - Washington, DC
The Project Manager/Coordinator assists the Program Manager in the management of a government IT contract. This position is slated to expire in early January, however a 2-3 year follow-on contract is expected. The successful candidate will be PMP certified in IT project management with outstanding communication skills.

The Project Coordinator will manage action items, risk registers, issue logs, earned value management reports and support the government client's PMO and project managers in project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closeout. Experience with CMMI level 2 is desired but not required. Experience supporting the development and annual update of OMB Exhibit 300s is highly desired. Experience with government procurement/acquisition management is also a plus.

Project Manager/EVM Specialist - Washington, DC
Manages the Requirements Management Office including the requirements management lifecycle and works closely with the subproject Project Leaders and the Program Management Office. Responsible for leading a requirements team in the development and enhancements of requirements assessments and governance processes. Works with the Data Architect on technical issues, business process issues, and system architecture definition related to requirements definition. Works with business owners and SMEs to elicit requirements and integrate them with the established software development lifecycle process. Translates highlevel work plans into detailed assignments for team members. Monitors status of assignments, applies corrective actions when problems arise, and reviews work for completion/quality. Reports the status of each phase of the project and subprojects. Must be Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and continue to hold the certification through contract completion. Must have five (5) or more years of progressive project management experience where he/she has successfully managed the four basic elements of a project: resources, time, money, and scope; Project management experience must include the area of requirements management assessment and process development; Must have three (3) or more years of requirements management development experience utilizing CMMI level 2 or higher processes and technologies; Must have five (5) or more years experience managing day-to-day activities of a team; Must possess strong leadership skills (ability to motive, influence, negotiate, and see projects through each stage of development); Must demonstrate leadership and communication in a diverse and politically charged environment; Must demonstrate expertise managing change (over five (5) years); Must demonstrate the ability to plan the estimates, critical path, dependencies, and schedules of a major project (over two (2) million US dollars); Must possess strong communication skills (oral and written) at all levels of the project; Must demonstrate expertise using Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Excel Spreadsheets ; Must demonstrate expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost Performance Reports (formats 1 – 5). Project Manager - Pittsburgh, PA or Morgantown, WV

Deputy Program Manager/QA - Washington, DC
Establishes and maintains processes for evaluating software and associated documentation. Determines the resources required for quality control. Technical Writer/Editor - Baltimore, MD
The person will be responsible for publications from the Office of Research and Development (ORD), Rehabilitation Research and Development Service (RR&D), Office of the Journal of Rehabilitation Research and Development (JRRD). Position requires editing (inlcuding copyediting and proofreading) of complex scientific and technical text, graphics, and figures. The position also requires research, preparation, and writing of nontechnical reports, pamphlets, manuals, and brochures. It also requires occasional contact with authors and researchers at the MD and PhD levels throughout the USA and around the world.
Bachelor's degree and 2 years general experience or 1 year specialized experience in the field of scientific/technical writing, editing, and publication production. Knowledge of typesetting/printing terminology and processes required. Word processing skills and full knowledge and experience working with the online submission and review system (Scholar One's Manuscript Central) utilized by the editorial office are required. Ability to work independently, meet assigned deadlines, and collaborate with a team of copyeditors and visual information specialists is required. Must have good interpersonal relationships and be able to skillfully elicit data from subject matter specialists. Must be able to deal effectively with people of varying backgrounds and temperaments. He/She must be able to move about the facility to coordinate certain activities and must be able to lift light packages. Work is performed in an office setting with occasional travel. Management Analyst - Arlington, VA
Management Analyst selected candidate will demonstrate the ability to perform a variety of administrative tasks to include, but not limited to analysis of data prior to entering into the personnel security database to verify accuracy, completeness and quality. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, professional interaction with internal and external customers, making judgment calls using the data entered into the system and reviewing documents for accuracy and correctness. Must possess no less than three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); three (3) years of analytical skills utilizing either Access, Oracle or other similar applications.

Must be efficient in entering data and maintaining records. Preference will be given to candidates with 6 or more months experience working in an office concerned with personnel security, background investigations, or any other federal Government office.

Security Assistant - Arlington, VA
This postion supports the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and requires no less than one (1) year experience providing customer service in a government or DOD security office environment. Must also possess 1.5 years experience reviewing security clearance forms, using Microsoft Word, updating databases, conducting telephonic inquires and preparing correspondence to obtain information needed to process security forms or adjudicate cases, verifying entries in databases.
