Senior Integration Tester

An Integration Tester is responsible for execution of the Integration Test plan across multiple applications on the Integration Test project. The Integration role involves interaction with the Product Managers and development teams in accessing the content of releases for the development of Integration test plans and test cases. They will assess and analyze UNIT and Subsystem Integration Testing (SIT) test cases and test executions in preparation for development of Integration test plans and test cases. They will generate or enhance previously generated test cases and execute the Integration scenarios, red-lining test cases and test steps and generating test defects when anomalies arise during test execution. Testers work with the development organizations to re-test fixes to the application software arising from test defects. Upon the completion of Integration activities, testers are responsible for the generation of a Test Analysis Report (TAR) to document test execution results and the status of defects identified during testing.
The Integration tester should have a familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, Microsoft Office suite of tools, like Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project. The candidate must have extensive experience with Quality Center and capable of providing training to junior testers. Tester must be experienced in building complex automated test scripts using Quick Test Professional (QTP) and have experience with LoadRunner.

Management Analyst selected candidate will demonstrate the ability to perform a variety of administrative tasks to include, but not limited to analysis of data prior to entering into the personnel security database to verify accuracy, completeness and quality. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, professional interaction with internal and external customers, making judgment calls using the data entered into the system and reviewing documents for accuracy and correctness. Responsibilities include conducting research, identifying files, records, or forms that will be needed by TSA’s Personnel Security Division staff; identifying and flagging missing information in forms or records; identifying and resolving problems involving files, forms, records, database and other resources; preparing and proof-reading correspondence; and identifying and attaching or enclosing correspondence. With minimal or no supervision, must possess the ability to analyze data, records, files and correspondence related to applications received; perform mid to advanced fact-finding and/or research tasks; demonstrate strong customer service skills and proven experience responding to inquiries, emails and phone calls regarding application status; possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills; must have the ability to read and interpret specific procedural guidelines pertaining to personnel security functions, including locally developed equipment operating and document processing instructions.
Must possess no less than three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); three (3) years of analytical skills utilizing either Access, Oracle or other similar applications.
Must be efficient in entering data and maintaining records. Preference will be given to candidates with 6 or more months experience working in an office concerned with personnel security, background investigations, or any other federal Government office.
Must be a U.S. citizen and will be subject to a background investigation prior to hire.
